I, Vance Wilkins, Chairman of the 24th House of Delegates Legislative District Republican Committee, do hereby call a meeting of the 24th House of Delegates Legislative District Republican Committee on Thursday, November 15, 2018 beginning at 7:00 PM at the Rockbridge Area Republican Committee headquarters, located at 203 S Main St, Lexington, VA 24450 for the purposes listed in the agenda below.

- Train Voter Station Managers, workers and observers
- Pass out ballots, poll books and other materials for use at Voter Stations
- Other business necessary for completing the nominating process for the 24th House of Delegates district

Four Announced Candidates – Please attend the above meeting or at least have a representative who can speak for you attend in your stead.

Note to Committee Members: Please recruit your Voter Station Managers and bring them with you if possible. Hopefully we can get everyone on the same page.
Note to Candidates: I would appreciate it if you would invite those who are going to be observers for your campaign to attend this meeting so that they will be familiar with the procedures we will follow. Also, after the ballots are counted, we will ask everyone in the vote counting area to sign the envelope across the seal and attest to the accuracy of the count.
