Meeting Call of the Shenandoah County Republican Committee

I, Randy Gilbert, Chairman of the Shenandoah County Republican Committee, do hereby issue this Call for a meeting of the Committee on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 6:30 pm at the Republican Headquarters (GOP HQ) located at 228 S. Main St., Woodstock, VA  22842

This is a full Committee meeting.  Regular members must do their best to attend or to send a proxy if you are unable to attend electronically in person. The official Proxy form is attached.  It must be provided electronically to Randy Gilbert at scrc-chair@shenandoahrepublican.com.

BRING A COMFORTABLE CHAIR AS WE WILL BE OUTSIDE ON THE CONCRETE.

Prior to the meeting, we will have a Meet & Greet starting at 5:30 pm so that we can meet all of the Associate Members, especially our newest members.  We plan to provide sandwiches & drinks and members are encouraged to bring chips & side dishes.

The major purpose of this meeting is:  1) Set the Shenandoah County GOP Convention date for September 12 and finalize the venue, committee chairs, and method; 2) Get authorization to spend the necessary funds for ongoing programs Trump Flags Everywhere, Buying More Signs, Voter Registration Projects, and promoting President Trump, Senate Candidate Daniel Gade, & Congressman Ben Cline.
