Meeting Call of the Shenandoah County Republican Committee

I, Randy Gilbert, Chairman of the Shenandoah County Republican Committee, do hereby issue this Call for a meeting of the Committee on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 7:00 pm at the American Legion Hall, 411 S. Muhlenburg Street, Woodstock VA 22664. The meeting will be held on Zoom because we are unable to secure an indoor meeting area large enough for all committee members to attend safely.

This is a full Committee meeting and all members, including Associate Members, are encouraged to attend. Regular voting members must do their best to attend or to send a proxy if you are unable to attend electronically in person. The official Proxy form is attached. It must be provided electronically to Randy Gilbert at scrc-chair@shenandoahrepublican.com.

A registration link will be sent out separately, because the Zoom meeting will be hosted from the Conference Room at the new Sheriff’s office.

The major purpose of this meeting is for the SCRC to be fully prepared for all Election Activities, so the agenda will be abbreviated.
