Meeting Call of the Shenandoah County Republican Committee

I, Randy Gilbert, Chairman of the Shenandoah County Republican Committee, do hereby issue
this Call for a meeting of the Committee electronically using Zoom on Thursday, June 18, 2020
at 7:00 pm.

This is a full Committee meeting. Regular members must do their best to attend or to send a
proxy if you are unable to attend electronically in person. The official Proxy form is attached. It
must be provided electronically to Randy Gilbert at scrc-chair@shenandoahrepublican.com.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link and information about
joining the meeting. You can attend the Zoom meeting through your smartphone or personal
computer. If you don’t have either, then you will be given a phone number to call and attend by
audio only.
Associate Members are not encouraged to attend this meeting due to the complexities of the Zoom
meeting process. If they wish to attend, they will still need register, but should call in by phone.
The major purpose of this meeting is: 1) Authorize the purchase of Trump signs; 2) Get ready for the
Republican Primary on June 23; and 3) Organize a winning strategy for getting President Trump &
Congressman Cline re-elected and electing a strong Republican to the U.S. Senate.
